Project Agency was formed in 1995 and we have worked with a wide range of clients. We have some great staff and these are shown below

Ron Rosenhead is Managing Director of Project Agency. He first became interested in project management when involved in a major change management project. Since then he has run many project events and workshops, helped organisations develop their own project management system and spoken at conferences. He has worked internationally and is energetic and challenging.

Ron has also lectured at Middlesex Business school.

Mike Clayton has many years experience of project management. Mike’s record of successful innovation and his real passion for creating peak performance in individuals, teams and organisations ensure depth, excitement and high quality outcomes to his work. Mike’s programmes create profound and lasting change.

Formerly a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting, with 13 years’ international consulting and project management experience, Mike has a PhD and as a consultant Mike specialised in the delivery and integration of complex change in a diverse range of private and public sector organisations. He presents a personal point of view and real tools from many years experience of consulting (and management) experience.

Harminder Ahluwalia works in partnership with project agency delivering a wide range of PRINCE2 events - certificated or developmental events.

He worked for 6 years as a a Senior consultant with WS Atkins. This involved Project Management and Project Support Consultancy both within Atkins and to external clients. The latter part of his time with Atkins was focused on training course delivery ranging from Introductions To Project Management through to Prince 2 Practitioner Qualifications.

He is a most energetic trainer and consultant and carries years of solid experience - both practical and in the training room

Gill Hamlett is a management consultant who spent a decade as Project Manager and Business Systems Analyst for a major telecoms company. She is now using her business experience and training expertise to motivate and communicate good practice wherever she can.

Gill works with clients at all levels using her excellent interpersonal skills to lead groups. This, combined with her expert knowledge of business, project management and team leadership makes her a superb consultant sought after by many companies.

Mike Kerrigan is a skilled consultant with some 25 plus years experience in the defence and commercial electronics industry. He has been developing and delivering training for companies across Europe since 2002.

He is a Chartered Engineer and he has also been a part-time lecturer at Middlesex University Business School.

An excellent communicator and is able to work with staff at all levels. He has led and supported major projects; worked at strategic level with individuals and groups, and built up a solid reputation as a consultant.

John New. John was once described by a client as a project management geek! She meant it in the nicest possible way as John had just delivered a series of highly successful project events for this client.

John has many years experience of project and programme management. He is trained in PRINCE2 and delivers accredited training to clients all over the UK. He has worked with many different organisations ranging from major PLC's to small charities and private clients. Wherever he works he receives positive feedback and is much sought after by clients.

Julie Brearey has worked as a training consultant for many years and provides successful training, coaching and consultancy solutions to a wide range of businesses.

Combining her own skills and experience with her natural enthusiasm and highly professional approach, Julie is able to identify, design and deliver the most appropriate training solutions for her clients.

Julie has worked with a wide range of clients in a number of sectors and her enthusiasm means she is in demand for work in the UK and throughout the far east.

Gillian Pearson has a reputation as a supportive coach, skilled facilitator and authoritative trainer.H er qualifications include a BSc [Hons] Biochemistry & Pharmacology, Post Graduate Certificate of Education, and Certified Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Gillian works successfully at all levels of seniority and experience across a variety of industries and organisations running project management events.

She is confident working with multi-lingual and culturally diverse groups. Through her work with international companies she has developed understanding of the challenges created by differences in language and business practice.

Cya Rosen is a Project Management consultant and trainer who is qualified with the Association for Project Management (APMP) and is a PRINCE2 Practitioner. She has 12 years experience working in projects in the private and public sectors, working within Banking, UK Government and the Media industry.

She is well practised in managing technology, re-organisation and regulatory change projects. Her experience also includes other project roles such as communications and marketing, business requirements, implementation and training project manager within large projects.

She has extensive experience with a wide range of clients with a wide range of professions.
