	Attending the 2 day event where you will: 1. Have brief presentations from the tutor 2. Practical activities linked to a practical case study 3. Be involved in discussions with your fellow course colleagues on current project issues, exploring what practices work and which do not 4. Develop plans to adopt back at your place of work 5. Establish challenge and support groups to enhance learning post course
